1. Embossing roller automatic lifting and pressing system

If the third board is back to 25mm, the pressure system will automatically unload the pressure, so that the embossed pattern maintains a uniform depth.
2. Automatic adjustment of the balance of the hydraulic cylinder of the embossing machine
When the hydraulic cylinder with the pressure roller lifting and lowering the left and right speed is not consistent, the lifting sensor will feedback the information to the system for automatic balance processing.
3. Automatic pattern depth adjustment
After the system has confirmed the basic pattern depth information, if the pattern depth is not the same as the confirmed depth during the embossing process, the pressure system will automatically make up or unload the pressure to maintain the required embossing depth.
4. Online remote monitoring function

5. Rational setting of the system
The operator can set the technical requirements in the background of the system. For example: embossing speed, pressure level, tolerance range for pattern depth, tolerance range for roller heating temperature, tolerance range for sheet flatness, etc. If the embossing quality does not reach the standard set in the background of the system, the system will automatically alarm and remind.
