Metal Coil Embossing + Cut to length Line
The Metal embossing cutting line is used to emboss and cut metal coils of different sizes into Metal-Blanks in different sizes.
The line is formed by uncoiler, embosser, leveler, shear, conveyor and stacker, and automatically controlled and visualized by PLC.
Work process: upload coil →uncoiling → feeding → embossing →leveling→feeding & length measure→ cutting→conveyor→ stacking → exit car
