Four High CNC Precision Leveler
The 4-Hi precision leveler is sued to flatting the metal sheets, it consists of leveling rollers, upper and lower supporting rollers, driving device and body bearing frame etc.
During the roll leveling process, the metal plate undergoes a meticulously orchestrated series of maneuvers, including precise bending and controlled application of pressure by each leveling roller. This precision is achieved through the seamless integration of motorized and PLC-controlled systems, allowing for meticulous adjustment and calibration.
By subjecting the metal plate to this meticulously controlled process, internal stresses are effectively eliminated, addressing the inherent inconsistencies arising from variations in stress across different sections of the plate.
