Metal coil to coil emboss line

This machine is used to emboss the home textile, like sofa fabric,bed sheet,curtain etc. The embossing is with oil inside for heating, the temperature is controlled automatically by the PLC, it's smooth over the roller width and during the production
The embossing machine along with leveler, feeding table, and runout table is used to emboss the checker plate, the checker plate is apply to the floor of the station and car for anti-skid.
